Clary Sage

Clary Sage is a perennial herb, growing to 3 feet tall. It has leaves with fine, soft hairs and delicate light purple blossoms.  It is native to  the Mediterranean region, North Africa and Central Asia. Clary Sage has an herbaceous floral scent with earthy undertones.​​

Clary Sage may induce estrogen-like action, and should be avoided by those who need to regulate their estrogen levels, including those with breast cancer or at high risk for breast cancer.
